This is a reproduction, not a photocopy, of an original Gorton 375 Cutter Grinder Instructions and Parts Manual. This manual covers how to properly operate and set up this grinder. The manual covers single‑flute square‑nose and ball‑nose end mills, cutters with corner radii, and several types of conical end mills—including versions with ball ends and those requiring corner‑radius work. It also includes instructions for adding end radii and side radii on straight‑flute mills, as well as creating inside (concave) radii. Beyond single‑flute tools, it addresses three‑ and four‑sided conical cutters and straight‑helical multi‑fluted end mills. The final sections reference a specific print number and provide guidance on spot‑drill grinding.
We also added an additional set of instructions from a Gorton pantograph manual. This additional set includes more parts diagrams for the 375-2, and more instructions on how to grind different bits.
