These were originally the Universal Boring Machine Co., and Bullard bought them out. This manual has twenty-three 11″ x 17″ foldouts with clear cross-sectional view diagrams of all the parts. The parts descriptions are very basic, but they will help you understand the diagram and how the machine goes together properly for these old horizontal boring mills.
