This Manual is designed to give you practical suggestions in the upkeep of your Racine Machine. It will enable you to readily service and maintain your Racine Machine at minimum cost.
The following pages are laid out to enable you to locate trouble and remedy it quickly. In the left hand column are listed some of the common troubles; the middle column outlines possible causes, and the column at right of the page explains proper corrections. Follow these detailed instructions and make the necessary repairs or adjustments right in your own shop.
The data included here is based on many years of service experience in the field with these particular models of Racine Machines. Hence the following of these suggestions will enable you to handle more than ninety per cent of your service problems. Use this Manual. It will help you keep your Machine at work, producing low cost metal cutting for you.
