This is a reproduction, not a photocopy, of an original Porter-Cable Machine Co. Large Wet Belt Surfacer Sander Type BG-8 Instructions and Parts Manual. Section 1 covers models with a stationary table, and general information on receiving, setting up, and caring for the belts. Section 2 covers models with a hydraulically controlled automatic feed table. There is a cross-sectional view diagram that shows a lot of the inner workings of the sander. It has a lot of good, detailed instructions on setting it up and operating it properly. This is an old manual, so there aren’t a lot of diagrams, but there are a bunch of black and white photos at the end to explain the paragraphs of information.
