SOUTH BEND Hand Book Shop Kinks No. 44 Manual

$15.00

Description

Number of Pages: 17

This is a reproduction, not a photocopy, of a 1927 South Bend Handbook No. 44 Showing 150 Shop Kinks for the mechanic. This is a nice copy, but the original was printed on newspaper material and not a slick finished paper. The 128 set ups on the lathe are very interesting, and can be used on today’s machines. Plus, there is other useful information on setting up the unusual South Bend attachments.

The object of this Handbook is to show a few of the various sizes and types of South Bend Back Geared Screw Cutting Lathes and the application of these Lathes in the manufacturing plant, machine shop and in industry in general. It also illustrates a varied line of tools and attachments for the Screw Cutting Lathe that are so necessary for the number of different classes of work that are done in the shops of today.

Overview:

I have collected this information for many years and have found the information they contain to be priceless in using and setting up the machines properly. I believe this manual will be a valuable resource of knowledge that will provide a lot of helpful information that is often hard to find. My manuals are not photocopies. I maintain a high standard of quality in my reproductions. Most of the manuals I reproduce look better than their originals. I have professionally digitally edited every page, and removed stains, wrinkles and handwriting. All of the manuals are printed on thick white paper to withstand shop wear and tear.
