This is a reproduction, not a photocopy, of an original Oliver Machinery Company No. 166 Wood Planer and Jointer Operator’s and Parts Manual. This manual contains information on specifications, lubrication, wiring diagram, operating instructions, knife grinding instructions, and part diagrams of the machine and the grinding attachment. I also added a four page flyer on the lathe to provide more information on the specifications of the machine. Oliver usually only covered what they believed were the important parts of their machines in their manuals.

I have collected this information for many years and have found the information they contain to be priceless in using and setting up the machines properly. I believe this manual will be a valuable resource of knowledge that will provide a lot of helpful information that is often hard to find. My manuals are not photocopies.
