This is a reproduction of an original JET Turret Lathes Models TL-25B & TL-42 Instructions and Parts Manual. These Asian turret lathes were made by Lin Huan Machinery Co. LTD in Taiwan. These turret lathes were sold under many different brand and model names like MSC Valumaster LHT-25B, LHT-32, LHT -42; Enco 92040, Enco 112-8100, Enco 112-8120, LHT 42A; Super-Precision SOM 5C; Ramco Turret Lathe – RMS 59; and many others.
This manual for these turret lathes covers general operation, specifications, and installation instructions. There are wiring diagrams for the different models. The manual covers lubricating instructions with a lubrication chart. It contains instructions on how to properly adjust the headstock collet chuck, the turret, and the automatic threading device. There are explosive view diagrams of all the mechanical parts with parts list. Please see index pictured above.
