This is a reproduction, not a photocopy, of an original Metal Spinning Techniques Handbook. This manual contains information on newer techniques in metal spinning, and covers the more technical sides of the shop work. It has a chapters on soldering and buffing. It covers a lot of the tooling and chuck making. This book also has a lot of neat little tidbits that you would find quite useful. This would be a great addition to anyone’s library on metal spinning. Please see the contents below.

We also have a “How to Do Metal Spinning on a Lathe Handbook Manual 0834” in our store.

Overview:

I have collected this information for many years and have found the information they contain to be priceless in using and setting up the machines properly. I believe this manual will be a valuable resource of knowledge that will provide a lot of helpful information that is often hard to find. My manuals are not photocopies. I maintain a high standard of quality in my reproductions. Most of the manuals I reproduce look better than their originals. I have professionally digitally edited every page, and removed stains, wrinkles and handwriting. All of the manuals are printed on thick white paper to withstand shop wear and tear.

We are a father and son team that operate a 5,000 sq/ft metal machine and wood shop. We've had to design our own machines (including CNC), and fixtures for our wood working. We make some of the smallest most precise inlay in the world. We maintain tolerances of 0.0005" in a 12" strip of wood, and we have duck calls with over 1,100 pieces of wood in them.
