This is a reproduction, not a photocopy, of an original Cincinnati Nos. 200, 300, 400 and 500 Dial Type Horizontal & Vertical Milling Machines Model LL Owner’s, Operator’s and Instructions Manual. This manual gives specifications of each type of milling machine in detail. The Cincinnati manual contains information on how to properly lubricate each mill, installation instructions, operating instructions, and how to set up these milling machines. It also explains how to set up the automatic table cycles, and how to make adjustments to the different parts of the milling machines. The manual covers accessories and attachments like the SNAP-SET units and milling attachments. It also covers methods of calculating machining times. Please see contents and pictures of the machines covered.

Overview:

I have collected this information for many years and have found the information they contain to be priceless in using and setting up the machines properly. I believe this manual will be a valuable resource of knowledge that will provide a lot of helpful information that is often hard to find. My manuals are not photocopies. I maintain a high standard of quality in my reproductions. Most of the manuals I reproduce look better than their originals. I have professionally digitally edited every page, and removed stains, wrinkles and handwriting. All of the manuals are printed on thick white paper to withstand shop wear and tear. These can be much more useful than a low resolution pdf download.

We are a father and son team that operate a 5,000 sq/ft metal machine and wood shop. We've had to design our own machines (including CNC), and fixtures for our wood working. We make some of the smallest most precise inlay in the world. We maintain tolerances of 0.0005" in a 12" strip of wood, and we have duck calls with over 1,100 pieces of wood in them.
